In the fall of 2011, the second annual Health-Beauty-Fitness Day prompted 15 local health professionals to discuss the idea of designing a special hard copy directory. It would include health, fitness, chiropracting and all that follows, to help their customers find these special services more easily.
In 2012, Sandra Buckingham put that idea into motion and created the Fallbrook Area and Pilates Alliance.
