Planning Commission expects late spring hearing on whether full hearing needed for revised Lilac Hills Ranch proposal

Accretive Investments has a revised proposal for its Lilac Hills Ranch development, and the county's Planning Commission will hold a preliminary hearing to determine whether a new full hearing will be needed on the revised project.

During the Planning Commission's March 23 meeting the commissioners voted 6-0, with Michael Beck absent, to have a hearing at a regular or special meeting which would determine whether substantial changes to the previous proposal exist and would require a full hearing.
