Desert Hills Memory Care to host monthly Education & Connections support group

HEMET – Desert Hills Memory Care, located at 25818 Columbia St. in Hemet, will host monthly Education & Connections support group meetings at their community. Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of every month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Complimentary respite care will be available for loved ones during these meetings.

Education & Connections is open to anyone who would like support and education while caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or a related form of dementia at home, as well as families supporting a loved one now living in a memory care community.
