Charles Francis Modzeleski

Charles Francis Modzeleski, 84, passed in peace Friday, June 8, 2018. He is survived by five children, 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Charles was born July 12, 1933, in Greenlawn, New York. In 1979 he moved to Fallbrook and started working at San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant.

Charles loved his garden, especially the fruit trees. He had one or two of everything imaginable, and he loved to share the bounty. He was also an avid baseball fan, even playing on the senior leagues in Fallbrook.

Charles liked to share his life stories and listen to others. He volunteered at Tri City Hospital, Fallbrook Skilled Nursing Facility and with the Fallbrook Sheriff's Department.

Charles was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
