Bonsall Woman's Club introduces new officers

BONSALL – The newly elected officers of the Bonsall Woman's Club for the 2018-2019 year were introduced and installed by Judy Bresnahan, co-chair of programs, at the June 7 monthly meeting.

Bresnahan reiterated and emphasized that the club is governed by its constitution, bylaws and standing rules. All incoming officers and chairs were reminded that they are expected to be familiar with their respective responsibilities in order to make the club run smoothly.

Each elected officer will be a member of the executive board and will work together to meet the club's objectives.

The club's objectives include various activities for the betterment of the club, community and country. These activities are intended to promote the individual interests of club members and civic interest through education and discussion. Lastly, she shared that the club's focus is to encourage and help the youth, elderly and needy throughout the area. Help and assistance is provided through financial aid and personal service.

As each newly elected officer was installed, she was presented with an orchid.
