Ladies invited to 'Get Acquainted'

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Woman’s Club will host a “Get Acquainted Luncheon” 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21, and invited all interested ladies to come to their historic clubhouse, 238 W. Mission Road.

FWC members provide service to the community in many ways, developing leadership skills, exchanging ideas and forming friendships, while addressing the needs of their community. The club was founded in 1907 and is part of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs.

The FWC meets the second Tuesday of each month September through June with lunch served. Fundraising events are held throughout the year, and all funds raised are donated to local community organizations, military families and school scholarships.
