FALLBROOK – Lucy Taylor was born on August 19, 1928. Although born in Alabama, she originally moved to Fallbrook in the 60s with her husband and five of her children and soon realized it is the only place that would ever be home to her.
Taylor is known for her volunteer work and her joyful spirit. Over the last 35 years, she has served as a Pink Lady, courier driver and chaplain of the former Fallbrook Hospital as well as the Skilled Nursing Facility where she became known for her delicious homemade cakes.
