Trinitas Cellars to host wine dinner at Pala Casino

PALA – Tickets are being sold for a five-course wine dinner hosted by Napa’s Trinitas Cellars at Pala Casino Spa & Resort, Thursday, Oct. 25, 7 p.m. inside the casino’s underground wine cave.

The evening will start with a first course of grilled marinated shrimp and corn relish salad paired with a sauvignon blanc from Napa Valley. The second course will feature bacon-wrapped grouper with saffron sweet pea risotto with nage and chardonnay from Carneros.
