Village Newsmakers Podcast: Santa Margarita River Trails Celebration

The Santa Margarita River transfer of ownership party on Sept. 12 celebrated the approximately 18 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding trails that will be forever protected from development thanks to a nearly $10 million use of funding from Proposition 68 by The Wildlands Conservancy.

This podcast consists of interviews with founding Fallbrook Trails Council members, the regional director of the South Coast region for The Wildlands Conservancy and the recording of the speeches given during the celebration.
