Fallbrook Library is not quiet

I recall growing up in Anaheim with a wonderful library wherein near silence was the order of the day. Now I come to the local library here in Fallbrook, and it’s a carnival atmosphere.

Noise, chaos, yelling, screaming children and a librarian or two that are as subtle as a foghorn. I’m considering wearing ear plugs to minimize the noise.
