Fire department quickly contains Rainbow house fire

RAINBOW — North County Fire reported firefighters were battling a residential structure fire in the 1900 block of Rainbow Glen Road at noon on Sunday, Dec. 16. Firefighters reported that the fire was contained a short time later and that units would remain on scene performing salvage operations for an unknown amount of time.
