Reports: Motorcycle hits school bus head on near Fallbrook High School

FALLBROOK - According to multiple reports, a motorcycle collided head-on with a school bus around 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29 near Fallbrook High School at the intersection of South Stage Coach and Reche roads. The California Highway Patrol closed the intersection to traffic until 3:58 p.m.

According to witness reports to the CHP, children were on the bus at the time of the collision. There was no word whether anyone on the bus was injured.

Reports from the scene indicated that the driver of the motorcycle was receiving treatment, but there was no official word on his condition.
