Smoke visible from fire on Camp Pendleton, no threat to community

CAMP PENDLETON - According to the North County Fire Protection District, smoke that is visible in the Fallbrook and De Luz areas is coming from a vegetation fire on Camp Pendleton and poses no threat to the surrounding communities.

North County Fire's reported the information around 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29.
