SDGE begins electric fleet infrastructure program

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - San Diego Gas & Electric announced the start of a region-wide program today that is intended to build charging infrastructure to

support the transition to zero-emission buses, trucks, forklifts and other medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.

The Power Your Drive for Fleets infrastructure program will run parallel to SDG&E's goal to transition its own entire operations fleet — including pickup trucks and bucket trucks — to zero emission vehicles by 2040.
