SAN DIEGO (CNS) - The San Diego County Board of Supervisors Tuesday, Jan. 12 unanimously approved measures to enhance transparency and accessibility in local government, as part of Chairman Nathan Fletcher's sweeping ``Framework for the Future.''
Fellow Supervisor Joel Anderson partnered with Fletcher on the proposal, which is considered a larger recasting of San Diego County's government.
