Fire reported near Old 395 and Lake Rancho Viejo Community

A fire started about 6 pm near Old 395 and Dulin Road at the entrance into Lake Rancho Viejo. There were numerous fire engines on scene. According to Public Information Officer John Choi it was a 20ft. by 20ft. spot which crews were able to extinguish quickly. The fire is under investigation by Cal Fire San Diego. As of 6:25 pm it was contained.
