Gopher Canyon fire posed not threat to Bonsall homes

There is a fire burning at 4650 Gopher Canyon. An outbuilding was completely engulfed and spread into a vegetation fire. According to NCFPD PIO John Choi the fire is about a quarter acre. It is a Cal Fire incident, but North County Fire Protection District is assisting, as well as Vista, Oceanside, Deer Springs and water tenders."

PIO John Choi said, "People near Bonsall and Camino del Rey area are probably seeing smoke. Houses in the area are likely not in danger at this time. "
