Students hear safety tips for trick or treating

The crew of Engine 113 made a special visit to Vallecitos Elementary School in Rainbow Oct. 19 to provide fire and life safety training. North County Fire Protection District personnel spend hundreds of hours each year going to schools, community groups and special events to promote fire and life safety.
