Wine, Blues and Brews Festival generates over $100,000

BONSALL – According to Jon Frandell, the 25th Annual Wine, Blues and Brews Festival that was held at White Horse Ranch Saturday evening, May 14, was a huge success. The Bonsall Rotary Club and Bonsall Fine Wine & Spirits (Chris McInerny and Angelique Khan-McInerny) partnered with three local charities, REINS (Debbi Shiner), D’Vine Path (Lenila Batali) and the Fallbrook Land Conservancy (Susan Liebes) and pooled their resources to put on the event.

They built a tent city on the property at White Horse Ranch with 50 wineries, four brewers, 10 distilleries/spirits and 11 restaurants. Anthony Cullen “The Fallbrook Kid” and Bill Magee provided the entertainment.

The People’s Choice Award for restaurants went to Vista Valley Country Club while the People’s Choice Award went to Elegance On Display.

Frandell said, "A special Super Hero thank you for making this all possible goes to Angelique Khan-McInerny, Canece Huber and Derek Romo (owner of White Horse Ranch)."
