Fallbrook Home Health and Hospice staff, consisting of nurses, nurse aides, clerical staff, physical therapist, speech therapist, social workers and chaplain gather for a reunion at one of their homes in Fallbrook. The agency closed when Fallbrook Hospital closed in late 2014.
FALLBROOK – After two long years of being unable to meet, the Fallbrook Home Health and Hospice staff, consisting of nurses, nurse aides, clerical staff, physical therapist, speech therapist, social workers and chaplain were able to gather at the home of Suzanne Lemoine, Rn, MSN.
Lemoine said they had "a delightful afternoon sharing our stories with lots of laughter and updating each other on our present endeavors. Even though our employment ended many years ago at the closing of our Fallbrook Home Health and Hospice agency, we have continued to meet, share stories and reminisce about our past...
