NCFPD rescues woman injured while riding horse

North County Fire responded to a rescue in Sandia Creek. A woman was injured while riding her horse. She had apparently injured her hip and was unable to stand or walk. The NCFPD first responders were able to carry the rider out of the valley and the creek area and transport her to a local hospital.
