Leap into love this Leap Day

SAN DIEGO – San Diego Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk Jordan Marks will offer more love on Leap Day this year and welcome walk-in weddings across San Diego County for couples seeking to “take the leap” and be married on this unique day.

A leap year is a calendar year that contains an additional day and only occurs every four years. This year, Leap Day falls on Thursday, Feb. 29 and four County Clerk offices offering marriage license and civil ceremony services will welcome walk-ins and waive the appointment requirement for couples taking a leap into love on Leap Day.
