Rain continues to fill waterways

With rain expected all week, portions of De Luz Road and Sandia Creek Road near the Santa Margarita River are closed due to flooding as is the intersection of De Luz and Sandia Creek Roads. Three day rain totals of 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 6 were Rainbow, 2.73 inches; Fallbrook, 3.39 inches; Bonsall, 2.80 inches; Pala, 1.3 inches; Pauma Valley, 1.12 inches, and Temecula, 2.52 inches.
