Suspicious circumstance call leads to finding a man under a tarp

At 12:53 pm today, Feb 22, there was a Suspicious circumstance call that came into the Sheriff's department.

A couple of tarps were lying in the field at the corner of S. Mission. It appeared there may be a body under on of the tarps and, indeed, there was a man who was homeless from out of town, according to people on the scene. He appeared to be ok. He was waiting to be able to use his voucher to stay in the hotel. He was checked out and released.
