Traffic collision at Pico and Mission cleared

Authorities have cleared a traffic collision that briefly blocked the intersection at Pico and Mission Rd. early this morning.

The incident occurred around 8:45 a.m. at the crossing of North Pico Avenue and Mission Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Mitsubishi Lancer collided with a white Nissan Quest, resulting in both vehicles blocking traffic.

CHP officers reported no injuries from the collision. By 9:25 a.m., the road was reopened, with tow trucks removing the vehicles from the scene.
