Worker of the Week is a paramedic

Mitch Vincent, a paramedic for North County Fire, sits behind the wheel of their new ambulance, the M-110. Vincent has been at Station 1 for about three years. His goal is to become their next firefighter, but to become a firefighter one of their qualifications is being a paramedic first. He is one of the youngest paramedics on their team.
