North County Fire responded to the ALS traumatic injury call on Fallbrook Street after a woman, Christen Cavanaugh, was struck by a vehicle.
Christen Cavanaugh suffered traumatic injuries Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 8:38 pm when she was struck by a vehicle in the 1200 block of Fallbrook Street near the Community Center. Fallbrook Street was closed from both directions while emergency services and first responders provided advanced life support. She was transported to Palomar Hospital and witnesses reported that she clearly had head trauma. Cavanaugh's condition is unknown at this time.
