The Aug. 5 meeting of San Diego County’s Local Agency Formation Commission included approval of a draft municipal service review and sphere of influence update for Oceanside and the Morro Hills Community Services District.
The LAFCO board includes two county supervisors, and only one was present during the 7-0 vote which released the draft MSR for public review. LAFCO will also be working with the City of Oceanside, the Oceanside Small Craft Harbor District, and the Morro Hills Community Services District during the public review period.
