FALLBROOK – Sept. 17 marks a vital day in America's history. It was on that day, 237 years ago, that the 39 framers signed the document they had just created: the Constitution. The law of the land, of the newly-named United States of America, was established.
Although the shortest in words, our Constitution has guided the longest- running government in world history. It has endured the test of time, carrying our country through wars, a great Depression, and civil unrest.
