Explosion in Rancho Monserate mobile home park

A golf cart exploded under the carport of the Rancho Monserate mobile home park, catching a neighboring mobile home on fire. The working residential fire was reported at 4650 Dulin Rd. Neighbors said the owners of the home are not in the country right now. One person watching said, "The golf cart is just gone. It exploded. There's just grease everywheree." North County Fire has responded with at least four engines, ready to keep the fire from spreading. The home is right on the edge of the golf course.
